Announcement Regarding the Acquisition of Nadcap Accreditation

Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) recently received a materials testing qualification certification issued by the Nadcap Management Council (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program Management Council).
Nadcap is the acronym for “National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program,” or the “National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program.” It is a certification program specifically designed for special products and specialized processes in the aerospace and defense industries, jointly organized by aerospace and defense industry giants such as Boeing and GE, along with organizations like SAE. The program’s objective is to replace the redundant process audits and certifications conducted by major OEMs on their suppliers through Nadcap’s third-party certification solutions, thereby enhancing suppliers’ capabilities in specialized processes and quality management. Obtaining Nadcap certification not only helps elevate our company’s inspection and testing technical standards and standardize our management processes, but also serves as an international and professional validation of our products and services.
Obtaining Nadcap certification fully demonstrates that our company’s capabilities in the inspection and testing of aerospace components have reached an internationally advanced level. This certification not only signifies recognition by the aerospace accreditation body of our testing expertise, process capabilities, and quality management systems, but also marks a continued and accelerating advancement of our testing capabilities toward global standards.
Our company has successively obtained certifications under quality management systems such as ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D, and we possess the necessary capabilities. On October 11, Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. held a large-scale training and competition—specifically, a γ-ray radiographic inspection radiation emergency response drill—under the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies.” The event invited leaders from the provincial, municipal, and district levels to attend and observe. Prior to the start of the emergency response drill, Cui Songbiao, General Manager of Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd., and Gong Aifeng, Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome to the visiting provincial, municipal, and district leaders and pledged that Weicheng Testing would consistently focus on enhancing its professional technical expertise and emergency response capabilities as key drivers for corporate safety management.
