Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. was established in April 2013 with a registered capital of RMB 20 million. The company primarily serves industries such as military-industrial complexes, aviation, aerospace, petroleum, and chemical engineering, with operations spanning military defense, shipbuilding, space engineering, aircraft manufacturing, petrochemicals, and mechanical engineering. It is a specialized third-party testing organization that delivers technical services as its core product.
The company has currently obtained the Radiation Safety License, the Accreditation Certificate for Inspection and Testing Institutions, the Approval Certificate for Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Institutions, ISO certifications for Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, AS9100D certification for Aerospace Quality Management Systems, CNAS laboratory accreditation, and ASP certification for aerospace-specific processes. As a result, the company has been included in the qualified supplier lists of Sinopec, PetroChina, China Shipbuilding, China Aerospace, AVIC, NORINCO, and Emerson (USA).
The company currently maintains a professional inspection team of 47 members, including two senior engineers and two mid-level engineers. Among them, five individuals hold 26 advanced certifications under ISO 9712, NAS 410, SNT, AVIC, and Special Equipment standards; 36 individuals hold 176 mid-level certifications; 44 individuals are certified in radiation safety and protection at the mid-level; and 14 individuals possess specialized qualifications in leak detection, visual inspection, and physicochemical analysis.
Company equipment resources: 10 radioactive sources (6 Ir-192, 3 Co-60, and 1 Se-75), 28 portable X-ray machines, 1 2 MeV linear accelerator, 3 fixed X-ray flaw detectors (2 at 225 kV and 1 at 450 kV), and 1 DR inspection system; 10 ultrasonic flaw detectors, 3 ultrasonic thickness gauges, 2 phased-array systems, and 2 TOFD systems; 1 fluorescent magnetic particle inspection line; 1 penetrant testing line; 1 helium mass spectrometer leak detector, 1 handheld alloy spectral analyzer, and 9 physicochemical testing instruments; a 3,600 m² standardized workshop and office space, 1 gamma-source storage facility, and 7 radiographic examination rooms.
In 2020, the company established a branch office in Xi’an, primarily providing fluorescent magnetic particle inspection and fluorescent penetrant testing services. The branch is equipped with one CDG-6000 magnetic particle inspection system, one CT-450 demagnetizer, one CJST-1000 semi-automatic programmable penetrant testing line, and three stationary X-ray flaw detection units (one 225 kV unit, one 450 kV unit, and one 160 kV circumferential unit).
