On the afternoon of December 29, 2023, Weicheng Testing Co., Ltd. held a grand gratitude celebration—“Our Ten Years”—during which it solemnly invited Director Jia Hong and Vice Chairman of the Titanium-Zirconium Industry Development and Application Center of the China Equipment Management Association, along with Executive Deputy Director, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General Lu Fusheng, as well as other distinguished guests, clients, and partners, to jointly witness this milestone moment.
Activity Session 1: The Decade-Long Development History
The event officially commenced at 2:00 p.m., with the company having prepared exquisite 10th-anniversary commemorative gifts for all guests and employees in attendance. Following a highly symbolic group photo session, everyone then proceeded to the heart of this visual feast, where they collectively revisited and witnessed Weicheng’s decade-long journey of relentless pursuit and steady growth. Ten meticulously curated display panels, each richly detailed and comprehensively informative, were arranged in sequence like an unfolding historical scroll, tracing the company’s evolution from its humble beginnings to its now irreplaceable position within the industry. Each panel tells a unique story; every moment captured is the tangible imprint of time and the fruit of hard work, embodying the collective wisdom and strength of every employee while reflecting the company’s unwavering commitment to its original mission and its spirit of perseverance and progress.
Activity Session 2: Visit to the Yiyang Base
After viewing the 10th-anniversary photography exhibition, the attendees and company colleagues, filled with memories of past achievements and hopes for future development, boarded a vehicle together and headed to the Yiyang Base. Upon arrival, Deputy General Manager Gong Aifeng provided a warm yet professional briefing, guiding everyone through an in-depth exploration of the strategic layout and original vision behind the construction of this state-of-the-art production facility. He explained: “The establishment of the Yiyang plant marks a significant milestone in Weicheng’s journey of development. Our decision to locate here reflects our unwavering commitment to upgrading and transforming toward higher quality and greater production capacity. It is a concrete manifestation of our corporate philosophy: ‘Rooted in the present, with an eye to the future.’”
Activity Session 3: 10th Anniversary Gratitude Gala
At 6:00 p.m., the thank-you gala officially commenced. The first segment of the celebration saw Company General Manager Cui Songbiao present ten-thousand-yuan bonuses to long-serving employees who have dedicated a decade to our company, along with commemorative silver badges—symbols of honor and recognition—and bouquets of fresh flowers. Behind each gleaming silver badge lies a decade of selfless dedication and unwavering perseverance; each substantial ten-thousand-yuan bonus is the most just reward for their hard work and sweat.
Next, Yang Yanbing, a representative of the company’s ten-year veterans, took the stage to deliver a speech. From the perspective of a firsthand witness, he vividly recounted every detail of his decade-long journey at Weicheng—from the inexperience of his early days in the workforce to the maturity and steadiness he has now attained as a fully capable professional. He emphasized that over the past ten years, he has personally witnessed Weicheng’s remarkable growth and development, and expressed heartfelt gratitude for the broad platform and abundant opportunities the company has provided throughout his career.
Subsequently, Professor Wu Zongwei, who has collaborated with the company for many years, delivered a speech. He stated that, in his dual role as both an observer and a participant, he has personally witnessed Weicheng’s growth journey. The company’s development not only demonstrates its outstanding operational capabilities but also embodies a corporate spirit of boldness in taking on challenges and striving for continuous advancement. Its steady and measured progress is the finest embodiment of the corporate philosophy of “overcoming difficulties, pursuing excellence, striving for perfection, and putting customers first.”
Following this, Mr. Gong took the stage to deliver a speech marking his ten years of working side by side with President Cui and jointly writing the company’s glorious chapter. With his uniquely warm and approachable style and deeply heartfelt delivery, Mr. Gong vividly retraced the company’s decade-long journey of overcoming obstacles and forging ahead with unwavering determination. In passionate and eloquent words, he detailed the challenges and transformations the past ten years have brought—from the arduous early days of starting up to today’s remarkable achievements as a leader in the industry—emphasizing that every step along the way has been made possible by the support and trust of our valued customers. He expressed with deep emotion that behind every one of the company’s accomplishments lies the steadfast companionship and support of our clients; it is their trust and goodwill that have continuously fueled our drive and courage.
Finally, our General Manager Cui delivered the closing remarks. In his address, he took us on a journey back through Weicheng’s remarkable transformation—from a fledgling team of just five individuals to a thriving organization today with more than 100 employees, honed and evolved over the past decade. He emphasized that this has been a path rich with hard work and ingenuity, marked by setbacks and successes, challenges and breakthroughs. Every milestone bears the indelible imprint of the unwavering dedication of every Weicheng employee; every leap forward has been made possible only thanks to the trust and support of our clients and partners. Unexpectedly, he also expressed heartfelt gratitude to those who had once “turned their backs” on the company, noting that it was precisely those setbacks and difficulties that ignited an even stronger fighting spirit and resilience, serving as a powerful catalyst for the company’s continued growth. In closing, he conveyed deep appreciation to all employees—whether long-standing veterans who have weathered countless trials alongside the company or the fresh talent who have recently joined. General Manager Cui underscored that the support and commitment of every single employee are deeply cherished and will always be remembered. He stated: “Without your companionship and support, there would be no Weicheng as we know it today. Each and every one of you here is our pride—and the very source of the strength that will enable us to achieve even greater success in the years to come.”
During the subsequent dinner, heartfelt song performances prepared by company employees earned round after round of applause from the audience. The raffle and games during the gala further ignited everyone’s enthusiasm. Generous prizes sparked continuous cheers, with many guests lucky enough to win delightful gifts, as laughter and well-wishes filled the air.

On October 11, Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. held a large-scale training and competition—specifically, a γ-ray radiographic inspection radiation emergency response drill—under the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies.” The event invited leaders from the provincial, municipal, and district levels to attend and observe. Prior to the start of the emergency response drill, Cui Songbiao, General Manager of Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd., and Gong Aifeng, Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome to the visiting provincial, municipal, and district leaders and pledged that Weicheng Testing would consistently focus on enhancing its professional technical expertise and emergency response capabilities as key drivers for corporate safety management.
