The August team-building event at Chongdugou concluded successfully.

To enrich employees’ leisure time, promote a healthy work–life balance, strengthen interpersonal bonds, and foster an atmosphere of mutual trust, teamwork, and win-win collaboration, our company organized a three-day team-building excursion to Chongdugou in early August.
On the afternoon of August 3, everyone traveled together by bus to their accommodation. After settling in and getting some rest, the next morning they set out as a group to explore the Jinji River Scenic Area. Along the way, lush trees lined the path, the stream babbled gently, and the air was wonderfully fresh—far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing them to fully savor the sense of relaxation and joy that nature brings.
Chongdugou sits at an elevation of 2,133 meters and the trail passes by such scenic spots as Feihong Waterfall, Gefeitan Pool, Xiefen Cliff Waterfall, Jiaosuo Cliff, and more. Throughout the climb, participants supported and encouraged one another while savoring the breathtaking views along the way. Despite the arduous nature of the hike, no one gave up, and in the end, everyone reached the summit at Yingxiong Ridge.
On the morning of the third day, we once again visited the Dicui River Scenic Area, where we admired the Zhen Tian Lei Waterfall, the Five-Color Lotus Pond, and the Shuilian Xianggong Waterfall, bringing our entire itinerary to a successful conclusion.
During this team-building activity, everyone demonstrated a spirit of fearlessness in the face of challenges, a willingness to push beyond their limits, and a bold determination to strive for excellence. Not only did it strengthen friendships among employees, but it also enhanced cohesion and team spirit, enabling everyone to approach the next phase of work with renewed energy and enthusiasm.

The purpose of this drill was to simulate real-world working conditions, specifically the sudden occurrence of an accident during the process of using a forklift to handle goods.

On October 11, Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. held a large-scale training and competition—specifically, a γ-ray radiographic inspection radiation emergency response drill—under the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies.” The event invited leaders from the provincial, municipal, and district levels to attend and observe. Prior to the start of the emergency response drill, Cui Songbiao, General Manager of Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd., and Gong Aifeng, Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome to the visiting provincial, municipal, and district leaders and pledged that Weicheng Testing would consistently focus on enhancing its professional technical expertise and emergency response capabilities as key drivers for corporate safety management.
