The Annual Surveillance Audit of the “Three Systems” Has Been Successfully Concluded, Elevating Our Company’s Management System to a New Level

On June 28, two auditors from Huasai Tiancheng conducted a surveillance audit of our company’s three management systems, which was attended by our General Manager, Mr. Cui, and other relevant responsible personnel.
During this surveillance audit, the two auditors adopted a rigorous, meticulous, objective, and impartial approach to conduct a detailed and in-depth review and provide guidance on the three management systems. Over the course of the two-day audit, they commended our company’s overall system operation, noting that we place great emphasis on and fully comply with applicable laws and regulations, effectively implementing provisions related to environmental safety, occupational health, and employee protection. They also praised our timely engagement of an external organization to conduct testing of various personal protective equipment for employees. In addition, in response to the minor nonconformities and recommendations identified during this external audit, the General Manager stated that we will promptly and thoroughly address these issues to further strengthen the weak links in the implementation of the three-system standards.
At the closing meeting, General Manager Cui expressed his gratitude for the professional guidance provided by the two auditors. He then stated: “Each surveillance audit presents an excellent opportunity for learning and for enhancing and discussing our management practices. The recommendations from the two auditors should not only be used to refine our systems and procedures but also be effectively implemented in all specific work processes, thereby genuinely improving quality management and production safety, ensuring the effective execution of all management systems, and substantially elevating our overall management level. It is my hope that, through the tireless efforts of everyone, Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing will achieve even more substantial progress!”

On October 11, Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. held a large-scale training and competition—specifically, a γ-ray radiographic inspection radiation emergency response drill—under the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies.” The event invited leaders from the provincial, municipal, and district levels to attend and observe. Prior to the start of the emergency response drill, Cui Songbiao, General Manager of Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd., and Gong Aifeng, Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome to the visiting provincial, municipal, and district leaders and pledged that Weicheng Testing would consistently focus on enhancing its professional technical expertise and emergency response capabilities as key drivers for corporate safety management.
