Our company is participating in the Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Promotion and Negotiation Conference for Military-Civilian Cooperation.

From May 22 to 24, the “2021 Provincial Science and Technology Week” and the “Third Henan Provincial Symposium on the Promotion and Negotiation of Collaborative Innovation Achievements in Military-Civilian Science and Technology” were held in the ancient capital of Luoyang, co-hosted by the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Office of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee’s Commission for Military-Civilian Fusion Development, the Office of the Henan Military Region of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, and the Luoyang Municipal People’s Government. Our company set up an exhibition booth to help member enterprises gain a better understanding of our corporate image and cutting-edge testing technologies, thereby facilitating precise alignment between military and civilian needs.
During the conference’s exchange and matchmaking session, our company actively engaged in discussions with representatives of the stationed military units and other enterprises, conducting in-depth exchanges on relevant technical issues and specific applications. We expressed our intention to pursue further exploration and collaboration after the event and pledged to proactively explore opportunities for aligning and partnering on our respective achievements in the future.
This event has established a platform for two-way technological cooperation and exchange among research institutes, universities, enterprises, and the military, facilitating precise alignment among industry, demand, research, finance, and lending. It has also fully leveraged the Chamber’s strengths in promoting innovation and development among private enterprises and in encouraging private-sector participation in national defense initiatives.
This event not only helped us establish valuable connections across the province’s science and technology and business communities, but also created an effective communication platform for our company’s technological innovation and for private enterprises to engage in military-civilian integration. It enabled us to showcase our corporate image and cutting-edge product technologies, reinforced our commitment to pursuing a path of military-civilian integration, and underscored our dedication to serving the nation through industrial development.

On October 11, Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. held a large-scale training and competition—specifically, a γ-ray radiographic inspection radiation emergency response drill—under the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies.” The event invited leaders from the provincial, municipal, and district levels to attend and observe. Prior to the start of the emergency response drill, Cui Songbiao, General Manager of Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd., and Gong Aifeng, Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome to the visiting provincial, municipal, and district leaders and pledged that Weicheng Testing would consistently focus on enhancing its professional technical expertise and emergency response capabilities as key drivers for corporate safety management.
