Forging Team Spirit, Pushing Personal Limits—The May Day Hiking and Mountain-Climbing Team-Building Event Concludes Successfully

In the lush, picturesque month of May, when greenery blankets the hills and valleys, the company meticulously organized and planned a May Day hiking event themed “Forge Team Spirit, Challenge Yourself.”
To enhance the cohesion of the company’s trade union, further raise all employees’ health awareness and physical fitness, showcase the team’s strong athletic prowess and spirited demeanor, and enrich their leisure cultural life, this two-day event was organized. On May 1, all participants set off collectively for the Xiaogoubai Scenic Area in Jiyuan City; on May 2, they headed to Wangwushan Mountain in Jiyuan City.
Employees participating in the mountain-climbing event pressed forward with courage, following the pre-determined route step by step. Along the way, everyone encouraged and inspired one another, working together in unison, fully embodying the fine spirit of unity, perseverance, and fearlessness in the face of hardship. Although the trail was winding and tortuous, the team’s strides were firm and resolute, their enthusiasm burning as fiercely as a flame. The climb allowed participants to reconnect with nature, rediscover themselves, broaden their horizons, uplift their spirits, and improve suboptimal health. Throughout the journey, they supported and encouraged each other, overcame challenges, and savored the joy of success.
Along the rugged path, we have witnessed each other’s steady progress, scaling the summit together to write a shared tale of glory and adversity—building something from nothing—and to savor the soaring spirit of “When I reach the highest peak, all other mountains will seem small.”
This event has ignited the team members’ enthusiasm for competitive spirit, hard work, and innovative thinking, encouraging employees to always embrace the courage to compete—precisely the very purpose of this initiative.

The purpose of this drill was to simulate real-world working conditions, specifically the sudden occurrence of an accident during the process of using a forklift to handle goods.

On October 11, Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. held a large-scale training and competition—specifically, a γ-ray radiographic inspection radiation emergency response drill—under the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies.” The event invited leaders from the provincial, municipal, and district levels to attend and observe. Prior to the start of the emergency response drill, Cui Songbiao, General Manager of Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd., and Gong Aifeng, Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome to the visiting provincial, municipal, and district leaders and pledged that Weicheng Testing would consistently focus on enhancing its professional technical expertise and emergency response capabilities as key drivers for corporate safety management.
