The company conducts AS9100D quality management system training.

To meet the requirements for implementing AS9100D quality management system certification, the company engaged Mr. Xia, an auditor from SGS Group, to conduct a three-day training session from April 20 to 22. All employees involved in the certification process attended the training.
The training focused on a thorough understanding of AS9100D. Instructor Xia provided an overview of the standard’s background, key concepts, principles, and terminology, and then explained its implementation across the four main process areas: planning, support, operation, and performance evaluation and improvement. Drawing on audit requirements, he highlighted the differences between the new and previous versions of the standard and introduced several effective quality management tools and project management practices. He also addressed participants’ questions and provided on-the-spot guidance on challenges they encountered during the implementation of the standard. This training enabled company employees to gain a fundamental understanding of the requirements and clauses of AS9100D, thereby providing valuable guidance and impetus for the organization’s certification efforts.

On October 11, Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. held a large-scale training and competition—specifically, a γ-ray radiographic inspection radiation emergency response drill—under the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies.” The event invited leaders from the provincial, municipal, and district levels to attend and observe. Prior to the start of the emergency response drill, Cui Songbiao, General Manager of Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd., and Gong Aifeng, Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome to the visiting provincial, municipal, and district leaders and pledged that Weicheng Testing would consistently focus on enhancing its professional technical expertise and emergency response capabilities as key drivers for corporate safety management.
