3.8 Women’s Day: Our company distributes holiday benefits to female employees.

International Women’s Day, also known as “International Women’s Day,” “March 8th,” or “March 8th Women’s Day,” is a holiday celebrated annually on March 8 to honor women’s significant contributions and remarkable achievements in economic, political, and social spheres. On this special occasion, our company has thoughtfully prepared festive gifts for its female employees.
On March 8, the company extended festive greetings to all female employees and distributed gift packages as part of its internal corporate culture initiatives aimed at benefiting women, which was well received by staff.
As women of the 21st century, we have been entrusted with an even more glorious and sacred mission. We have liberated ourselves from the confines of the family, shedding the roles of daughter, wife, and mother in order to devote ourselves wholeheartedly to all facets of social endeavor. On October 11, Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. held a large-scale training and competition—specifically, a γ-ray radiographic inspection radiation emergency response drill—under the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies.” The event invited leaders from the provincial, municipal, and district levels to attend and observe. Prior to the start of the emergency response drill, Cui Songbiao, General Manager of Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd., and Gong Aifeng, Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome to the visiting provincial, municipal, and district leaders and pledged that Weicheng Testing would consistently focus on enhancing its professional technical expertise and emergency response capabilities as key drivers for corporate safety management.
