Recently, our company conducted a two-day NADCAP assessment on the third floor of the factory. On February 28 at 8:30 a.m., the initial meeting was held, attended by the General Manager, the Manager of the Quality and Technical Department, the Manager of the Business Department, and other relevant personnel. During the meeting, the assessment team confirmed the scope of the audit and outlined the basic arrangements for this review. Subsequently, the General Manager extended a warm welcome to Mr. Chu and introduced the attendees one by one, emphasizing the importance of full cooperation from all participants in supporting the assessment. Over the course of the two-day audit, the assessment team conducted on-site document reviews and engaged in discussions with personnel at all three levels.

On February 28 at 8:30 a.m., the inaugural meeting was held, with the company’s general manager, the manager of the Quality and Technology Department, the manager of the Business Department, and other relevant personnel in attendance. During the meeting, the audit team leader and the relevant staff confirmed the scope of the audit and outlined the basic arrangements for this audit. Subsequently, the general manager extended a warm welcome to Auditor Chu and introduced the attendees one by one, while also urging all participants to fully cooperate with the audit team in their review.

During the two-day audit, the auditing team conducted a thorough verification across multiple aspects—including system operation, personnel training, equipment management, and nondestructive testing procedures—by reviewing on-site documentation, conducting interviews with Level-3 personnel, and remotely observing the nondestructive testing process.

On March 1 at 5:00 p.m., the entire assessment process was successfully concluded. During the closing meeting, the assessor highlighted several areas requiring attention in both the procedural documentation and personnel operations, while also commending our company for maintaining a highly ethical and integrity-driven approach throughout the assessment—adhering to factual accuracy and refraining from any form of falsification—which ensured the smooth and successful completion of the review. At the conclusion of the meeting, the General Manager expressed gratitude to Assessor Chu for his thorough evaluation and emphasized the need for relevant personnel to prioritize corrective actions on the several nonconformities identified by the assessor, systematically addressing each issue to continuously enhance and fully meet the requirements of our NADCAP system.

To further carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng and promote the volunteer ethos of “dedication, friendship, mutual assistance, and progress,” in accordance with the spirit of the Henan Provincial Association for Science and Technology’s “Notice on Launching a Centralized ‘i-Science Popularization’ Science and Technology Volunteer Service Campaign in the Spirit of Lei Feng,” Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. responded enthusiastically to the call and organized a science popularization event on the safe operation of forklifts. On March 4, our company meticulously planned and conducted an emergency response drill for special equipment—forklift accidents—and invited several nearby companies that use forklifts to observe the exercise. The purpose of this drill was to simulate real-world working conditions, specifically the sudden occurrence of an accident during the process of using a forklift to handle goods.
