The 2021 Awards Ceremony Concludes Successfully

On the afternoon of January 25, our company held the 2021 Annual Awards Ceremony. During the event, each department thoroughly reviewed its achievements for 2021 and outlined its plans for 2022, while also recognizing employees who excelled in their performance throughout the year. The atmosphere at the venue was festive and vibrant, brimming with enthusiasm and a palpable sense of joy that permeated every employee in attendance.
At 2:00 p.m., the awards ceremony officially commenced, with the Office Director announcing the selection results and the list of winners, thereby recognizing outstanding individuals and exemplary teams.
The first award is “Best Newcomer,” and a total of three people received it.
The second award is “Dedication to One’s Post,” and a total of four individuals have received it.
The third award is “Technical Expert,” which was presented to two individuals.
The fourth award is the “Quality Model” award, which was presented to two individuals.
The fifth award is “Outstanding Team,” and a total of two teams were honored with this award.
The sixth award is “Outstanding Project Manager,” and it was presented to one individual.
The final award is “Outstanding Project Department,” and only one project department received this honor.
Award recipients and team representatives each delivered remarks, expressing their gratitude for the company’s recognition of their year-long performance and for the guidance and development they have received. They pledged to work even harder in 2022 and to live up to the company’s trust. Leaders commended and encouraged the award-winning individuals and departments, while also setting higher expectations for them. They urged the winners to lead by example, remain humble and steady, continue striving for self-improvement, and deliver even greater and more outstanding results to contribute to the company’s ongoing growth.
At the conclusion of the conference, the General Manager delivered a guiding address at the year-end summary and recognition ceremony. He emphasized that the past year had witnessed steady progress in the company’s development, with all business operations continuously being refined and expanded. He urged all employees to build on this momentum, hold themselves to even higher standards, prioritize the company’s interests, unite in concerted effort, and work as a cohesive team to make greater contributions to the company’s sustained future growth.
The conference concluded successfully with a speech by the leadership. Let us join forces in the year ahead, ride the waves, and create our own glorious future!

On October 11, Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. held a large-scale training and competition—specifically, a γ-ray radiographic inspection radiation emergency response drill—under the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies.” The event invited leaders from the provincial, municipal, and district levels to attend and observe. Prior to the start of the emergency response drill, Cui Songbiao, General Manager of Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd., and Gong Aifeng, Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome to the visiting provincial, municipal, and district leaders and pledged that Weicheng Testing would consistently focus on enhancing its professional technical expertise and emergency response capabilities as key drivers for corporate safety management.
