On January 25, our company held the 2021 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony on the third floor of the factory. More than 100 people attended, including all members of the company’s leadership team, management personnel, and employees. Leaders and staff from all functional departments gathered together to strengthen friendships and welcome the Spring Festival. The meeting began with reports from the managers of each department, who summarized the work accomplished throughout 2021. Each department achieved significant results in 2021, successfully completing its respective projects and objectives. At the same time, they reviewed and reflected on the problems and shortcomings that arose during the year, proposed corresponding solutions and recommendations, and formulated sound plans for future development in 2022. The leadership commended the achievements of each department in 2021 while also pointing out certain existing problems and deficiencies. They emphasized that all departments must conscientiously fulfill their duties, promptly adjust their working approaches based on identified issues and set objectives, pay close attention to details, implement measures effectively, and make every effort to ensure the smooth achievement of annual targets. In addition, the leadership outlined the production targets and the overall work plan for 2022, noting that this year will be one full of challenges, with demanding tasks ahead for all departments and many new challenges yet to come. They urged all employees to unite closely, collaborate in harmony, and work side by side to write an even more glorious chapter in 2022!

To further carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng and promote the volunteer ethos of “dedication, friendship, mutual assistance, and progress,” in accordance with the spirit of the Henan Provincial Association for Science and Technology’s “Notice on Launching a Centralized ‘i-Science Popularization’ Science and Technology Volunteer Service Campaign in the Spirit of Lei Feng,” Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. responded enthusiastically to the call and organized a science popularization event on the safe operation of forklifts. On March 4, our company meticulously planned and conducted an emergency response drill for special equipment—forklift accidents—and invited several nearby companies that use forklifts to observe the exercise. The purpose of this drill was to simulate real-world working conditions, specifically the sudden occurrence of an accident during the process of using a forklift to handle goods.

On October 11, Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. held a large-scale training and competition—specifically, a γ-ray radiographic inspection radiation emergency response drill—under the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies.” The event invited leaders from the provincial, municipal, and district levels to attend and observe.
