Our company has successfully passed the second certification audit for the three management systems.

From July 19 to 22, Ms. Jiang, an auditor from Beijing Huasai Tiancheng Management Co., Ltd., conducted the second surveillance audit of our company’s quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.
The surveillance audits for the three management systems—quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety—are conducted on a three-year cycle, with annual follow-up surveillance audits throughout the cycle. This year’s surveillance audit marks the second such audit within the current cycle. Certification to these three systems is a significant undertaking for organizations seeking to maintain and enhance their management performance. Company leadership, representatives from all functional centers, and internal auditors attended the expert panel’s inaugural meeting.
At the inaugural meeting held on the morning of July 19, General Manager Cui Songbiao, on behalf of our company, extended a warm welcome to the audit team and emphasized that, as the auditee, our company would fully cooperate and provide active support to further standardize and normalize our entire quality management system. Subsequently, the audit team confirmed the scope, methodology, and objectives of this audit.
During the four-day audit, the auditing team rigorously adhered to the relevant standards and, in conjunction with the company’s management manual and procedural documents, conducted a thorough and meticulous review of the operational systems across all functional departments. This was accomplished through methods such as questioning personnel, examining supporting documentation, inspecting on-site conditions, and conducting sample inspections.
At the closing meeting, the audit team expressed their gratitude for the company’s openness, honesty, cooperation, and warm hospitality, and commended the company’s leadership for their emphasis on the management system, the entire team’s level of understanding of the system, and the professional standard of team management. At the same time, they raised several areas requiring improvement, urging the company to draw broader lessons from these findings, continuously enhance its practices, and ensure the sustained and effective operation of the entire system. In conclusion, the auditors summarized the audit: no issues were identified during the audit that would have impeded its normal conduct, and they recommended that the company continue to maintain its three-system certification.
Following this audit, our company will, in accordance with the system requirements and based on the feedback and recommendations provided by the auditors, continuously implement improvements to further enhance and refine all of our management systems.

On October 11, Luoyang Weicheng Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. held a large-scale training and competition—specifically, a γ-ray radiographic inspection radiation emergency response drill—under the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies.” The event invited leaders from the provincial, municipal, and district levels to attend and observe.
