Construction steel structure engineering inspection and identification precautions: 1. The division of detection units such as material properties, connections and structures, and component sizes and deviations of steel structures can be determined by referring to the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering" GB 50205. Less than 50% of the quantity specified in the Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering GB 50205; the number of random inspections for Class B buildings shall not be less than the quantity specified in the Code for Quality Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering Construction GB 50205. 3. Material performance testing of steel structure 1 The mechanical property testing of structural steel can be divided into parameters such as yield point, tensile strength, elongation, cold bending and impact work. 2 When the project still has the same batch of steel as the structure, it can be processed into test pieces to check the mechanical properties of the steel; when the project does not have the same batch of steel as the structure, it should be preferred to cut the sample directly into the structure Method, if the sample cannot be cut, the surface hardness method can be used for testing. 3 When cutting samples from structural components of existing buildings, ensure that the samples taken are structurally representative. The sampling location should be at the location where the component is less stressed. It should be ensured that the specimen is not disturbed by sampling to prevent plastic deformation and hardening from changing its performance. The component should be repaired immediately after sampling. Sampling must not endanger the safety and normal use of the structure.

24. The inspection of the dimensions of steel structural members shall meet the following requirements:

1 The scope of size detection shall be the total size of the sampled components. Each size shall be measured at 3 positions of the component. The average value of the 3 test values ​​shall be taken as the representative value of the size.

2 Measuring tools for steel structural members, such as tape measure, vernier caliper, ultrasonic thickness gauge, etc. can be selected according to actual needs.

5. Connection and construction of steel structural members

1 The inspection of the connection quality and performance of steel structural components can be divided into welding connection, welding nail (bolt) connection, bolt connection, high-strength bolt connection and other items.

2 The ultrasonic flaw detection of first and second level welds and the classification of internal flaws in welds that require full penetration in the design should be carried out in accordance with the "Manual ultrasonic flaw detection method and quality classification method for steel welds" GB11345. Ultrasonic inspection of welds in steel structure grid engineering can be performed at the same time in accordance with the requirements of JGJ 78 of "Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standards for Grid Structure Engineering".

3 The connection quality inspection of high-strength and large hexagon-head bolted joints shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering" GB50205 and "Code for Design, Construction, and Acceptance of Steel Structure High-Strength Bolt Connection" JGJ 82. Visual inspection of connection quality includes items such as rust and damage to bolt threads, tightening of high-strength bolted joints, and slippage between high-strength bolted joints and steel plates.

4 The appearance quality of butt welds can be determined by sampling. The external dimensions and appearance defect detection methods and evaluation standards of welds shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering" GB50205.

5 The support forms of steel structural members are rigid joints, articulated joints (sliding hinges and rotary joints). It should be checked whether the actual supports conform to the design conditions, and the deformation (displacement and rotation angle) of the supports should be fully detected.

6 The structure of the steel structure is divided into components such as slenderness ratio, width-to-thickness ratio, and support system. It should be calculated based on the measured dimensions and evaluated according to the design drawings and relevant specifications.
