【Job Requirements】: Male, with at least a secondary vocational education; aged between 20 and 40; in good health; hardworking and resilient; able to adapt to on-site construction work abroad. Overseas construction opportunities are available. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience, a background in science or engineering, or a specialization in related fields such as non-destructive testing, boilers, chemical machinery, welding, heat treatment, metallic materials, or CNC machining, as well as to veterans.
【Job Responsibilities】: On-site inspection and testing.
[Compensation and Benefits]: The internship lasts 1–3 months, with a monthly stipend of RMB 2,000–3,000. Outstanding interns may be permitted to conclude their internship early upon successful evaluation. Upon passing the evaluation, total monthly income comprises base salary, performance-based bonuses, on-site construction allowances, and other subsidies, ranging from RMB 4,000 to over RMB 10,000.
